Why We Changed the Website – And Why It Nearly Broke Us

Apr 25, 2025

Churchill once said that the only certainties in life are death and taxes. Well, here’s one more: launching a new website is never as straightforward as you’d hope.

I had planned to write a cheerful blog post today titled “Why We Changed the Website,” complete with a solid list of reasons and exciting updates. Instead, I found myself asking a very different question: “Why did we even bother?”

The launch was rocky. The website kept refusing to load, and our web design company couldn’t pinpoint the issue. It was frustrating—especially after all the time and effort that went into the redesign.

But—good news—we’re turning a corner. Our hosting company stepped in, located a fault, and fixed it. As I write this, the site is finally live and looking stable. It’s still a bit sluggish on mobile, so we’re working on that next. Thank you for your patience.

Now that we’re (mostly) up and running, here’s what you’ll find on the new site:

  • A cleaner, more modern design
  • Easier navigation
  • Clearer, more accessible content
  • Updated UK pricing for And I Will Bless Them—now lower than before
  • Great value bundles
  • A Blog

There’s still more good stuff to come—encouraging content and helpful resources are on the way. So please check back regularly, and thank you again for sticking with us through the bumps.
